State of Volunteering in Queensland – Policy Position and Advocacy Plan launch

Followed by Volunteer Managers Network Meeting.

To mark the release of the State of Volunteering in Queensland Policy Position and Advocacy Plan, Volunteering Queensland will be hosting a launch event and Volunteer Managers Network meeting. This session will present a recap of the State of Volunteering in Queensland 2021 Report and an action plan that uses State of Volunteering in Queensland data to tackle key issues for the sector.

Learn how Volunteering Queensland is using the State of Volunteering in Queensland 2021 Report to guide our work as the peak body for volunteering, inform advocacy and create a clear action plan for the future. After the launch of the policy position, a Volunteer Managers Network meeting will be held, including the 2021 – 2022 state budget, recent updates in volunteering and an opportunity to network with peers in the sector.
