The SSN requires a skilled administrative officer to support the operational team. Specific tasks will include entering data, keeping records, taking minutes, making phone calls, managing calendars, and creating and sending emails. As we are in the second year of our operations a skilled person is preferred who is able to contribute to setting up systems to enable the SSN to improve.
The SSN offer a professional volunteering experience ensuring you are covered by the appropriate insurance and offered a safe workplace. Working from home is encouraged as is flexible working hours. We hope the right person will feel part of the team and like they can contribute to sustainability education by being part of our charity.

You will need to apply for a blue card to volunteer with the SSN.
The SSN are seeking a regular volunteer who can offer between 5-15 hours per week to support our operations team by completing administration tasks. like entering data, making phone calls, managing calendars, and creating and sending emails.
Upon commencement you will complete an induction process to become familiar with the SSN. Further training will be considered as required.
At this stage the position is voluntary and no costs are reimbursed. However, this can be discussed as costs arise as part of your role.
