We are looking for a Onboarding Assistant to maintain onboarding process to onboard all the new users. You will be responsible for making onboarding sites easy to use, attractive and secure. In this role, you should be detailed-oriented and an excellent communicator.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage end to end onboarding including: creating users, analysing, training, following up.
  • Proactively identify and drive effective onboarding strategies to improve the flow of the process.
  • Build and maintain a candidate base with all the details including training them for any Onboarding issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders;
  • Monitor, review and recommend improvements to onboarding processes and strategies to improve performance;
  • Mobilisation in the following the tasks that the mentor is asking to perform when required.
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to analyse the reports and the results from the defined key performance indicators for onboarding.
  • Able to maintain the regularity and precision in the tasks assigned by the mentor.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • Develop high performance, scalable, regular onboarding process
  • Communicating with the applicants every fortnightly about any onboarding issues and concerns and address them accordingly.
  • Excellent eye for composition, presentation & layout requirements.

Skills Required:

  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Analytical and Research Skills in refining and recommending suggestions to the process.
  • Able to liaise with the other team members maintain high levels of motivation within the team.
  • Organisational and Planning skills in terms of prioritising the work in creating the users.
  • Able to work and perform the duties as assigned in Google Workspace.
