About this opportunity

One of Townsville's premier annual community events, Stable on the Strand is seeking a volunteer Covid Officer.

Duties include:

  • Ensuring we are compliant with current Covid regulations relating to Events (this may include completing plans or checklists)

  • Ensuring correct signage is displayed appropriately

  • Supervise sign in team

  • Supervise Covid cleaning team/hand sanitising stations

It is important that our volunteer is able to monitor and understand the Covid website and is a team player with supervisory skills.

This position will require someone to have their own computer as they will be working from home prior to the event.

This role is a great opportunity to meet new people, become part of the Stable family and learn new skills while having the chance to give back to the community.
