As the Mobile Food Pantry Officer you will work from the kitchen area of the Community Hall
The kitchen services the volunteers and key personnel involved in the Kokoda Challenge event. It does not serve the public or handle any sales. Tasks are as follows:
We value each volunteer and the important role they undertake to make the Kokoda Challenge Event the best one ever, and not only for events but also as a valued member of the Kokoda Community, we appreciate everything you do.
You will need to be prepared for anything, come rain or shine.
The lives of all involved are forever changed just on differing levels, but I can assure you it is a great experience to be a part of The Kokoda Challenge
ps: we supply a Volunteer T-Shirt, meals, drinks (water, tea & coffee) and we encourage you to bring your own drinks, sandwich, and snacks for the in-between times.

There is a general store across the road as well as a BBQ and coffee vans at the start/finish village
