About this opportunity

Tasks as directed by the Volunteer Co-ordinator to suit your abilities. Tools and training provided.

Skills: Horticultural experience and/or qualification an advantage; experience in successful home gardening / landscaping also valuable; an ability to learn relevant new skills and work in small teams; skill in identifying a common weed and/or native plants a definite advantage.

Characteristics: Ability to work on a variety of gardening tasks with varying levels of supervision; Flexibility to work in various groups depending on the task; Interest in learning about native plants and ecology; and a willingness to assist with maintenance tasks and light construction.
