About this opportunity

The Queensland Police-Citizens Youth Welfare Association (QPCYWA) is a community-based organisation concerned with the development of youth through the provision of sporting and recreational activities. PCYC Queensland delivers a vast range of programs to support the development of young people in our communities. In this role you will work closely with program managers to support delivery of these programs and make a difference in the lives of young people. Training on the role will be provided with further support available from our experienced team. To be successful in this role you will have: * Ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse range of young people. * Experience or interest in chosen activity. * Friendly and outgoing personality. * Ability to problem solve. * Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously. * Experience working in culturally diverse environments.
