About this opportunity

Use your strong administration & people skills - face to face, online and email to support a committed team of staff and volunteers ensure people living w low vision and blindness live independent lives of their own choosing. Vision Australia Townsville office is seeking a volunteer with contemporary office and customer service skills. Included will be: Attention to detail data entry Friendly & welcoming face to face engagement Friendly phone engagement with older clients. This is the most part of the role, and very important to building connections with the community and team.

All Vision Australia volunteers undergo a full recruitment process inclusive of reference checks, national police checks, Qld Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Card. Vision Australia will support you with this process of application or linking existing checks with us.
