AusCongo Network Incorporated (ACN) is committed to reducing poverty in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) in Africa. DRC is one of the the poorest countries in the world. ACN operates a community and enterprise development centre in Mbuji-Mayi, DRC, where we support hundreds of local community members to generate livelihoods, build their local economy and find solutions to local problems. Our centre works directly with around 1,000 people who are discovering their own solutions to poverty through cooperation, training, relationship building, partnerships and micro investment. Our vision is to reduce poverty in Congo, and to create a pipeline of resources into our community centre to build capacity, reduce poverty and empower the people.
