The Cairns City Kennel Club's vision is to create positive relationships between people and dogs. Our mission is to promote and uphold responsible dog ownership in the community. We achieve this through a diverse range of programs and activities that aim to inspire, motivate, and provide support to dog owners. Our primary focus is to foster positive and fulfilling relationships, emphasising the core principles of responsible dog ownership.

Our club, with over 400 members, is 100% run volunteers. In addition to committee positions, volunteers run our training classes held 5 days a week, maintain our facility, do fund raising activities and run 20 weekends of events and competitions.
