We are a not for profit incorporated association. Each year we host Australia's largest cake, cookie and sugar craft show "International Cake Show Australia". The purpose of the show is to showcase the work of Australian Cake & Cookie Decorators and Sugar craft Artists. It's not what you expect. We fly the worlds best sugar artists to Australia to teach the public. The show is next held at the Brisbane Exhibition & Convention Centre. The show is run entirely by our members who are all volunteers. We need additional volunteers for a large number of roles.
