Emerge Community Care was established in an endeavour to meet the many needs within the community. Currently it coordinates the Community Visitors Scheme. This scheme recruits volunteers to visit with residents in Aged Care Facilities who are socially isolated and who benefit greatly from having a Community Visitor.
