About this opportunity
The role is to help improve the wellbeing of residents through positive interaction with visiting volunteers and their dog. You will conduct each visit in a competent, caring manner by ensuring the dog is washed/groomed before each visit with up to date worming, flea treatments and vaccinations. You will need to clean up after your dog when/if required. No previous experience in Aged Care is required, but ability to connect with the frail aged and elderly is imperative.

- National Police Certificate*
- NDIS screening check
Police check and NDIS check paid for by BlueCare. A dedicated volunteer coordinator will assist you with your mandatory training and volunteering journey. Letter from Vet required about temperament and suitability.
