- Meet and greet patients and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
- Direct or escort patients and visitors to areas within the Warwick Hospital area
- Assist patients and visitors with enquiries and support where possible
- Interact with patients and visitors in a professional and empathetic manner
- Must be a good communicator with sound reading and writing skills
- Must have wonderful people skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to walk distances if needed

Time Required
We are looking for Volunteers who can commit to 4-hour shifts from 8:30am to 12:30pm and/or 12:30pm to 4:30pm from Monday to Friday. You are not expected to do more than 1-2 shifts per week. No weekends or public holidays and there is a 2-week shutdown over the Christmas and New Year period.
