* Meet and greet patients and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner * Direct or escort patients and visitors to areas within the Warwick Hospital area * Assist patients and visitors with enquiries and support where possible * Interact with patients and visitors in a professional and empathetic manner * Must be a good communicator with solid reading and writing skills * Must have wonderful people skills * Ability to work autonomously and within a team * Ability to maintain strict confidentiality * Ability to walk distances if needed

Time Required
We are looking for Volunteers who can commit to 4-hour shifts from 8am to 12pm and/or 12pm to 4pm from Monday to Friday. You are not expected to do more than 1-2 shifts per week. No weekends or public holidays and there is a 2-week shutdown over the Christmas and New Year period.
We are looking for local Volunteers who can commit to 6 months or more. We are registered for Centrelink mutual obligations.
