The Women’s Mentoring Foundation provides benevolent relief to women from all diverse cultures, suffering from distress and/or poverty, and helps women heal from hurt, distress, grief, and trauma. The foundation is designed for building women’s identity through increasing their confidence, focus, better mental, emotional, physical, and social wellbeing; and the prevention of suicide We are seeking a capable and values-driven Operations Manager to support the effective governance, systems, and operational delivery of the organisation. This role will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to strengthen internal processes, support program delivery, and ensure operational excellence across community initiatives serving culturally and linguistically diverse populations. **Key responsibilities include:** * Supporting organisational operations, systems, and compliance * Assisting with program coordination, reporting, and documentation * Improving operational processes and governance frameworks * Supporting volunteer coordination and stakeholder engagement **Time commitment:** 10–15 hours per week (flexible) **Location:** Flexible / Remote (Brisbane-based preferred) This role offers the opportunity to apply professional operational skills while contributing to measurable community outcomes and social impact.
