About this opportunity

The Gold Coast Marathon is an awesome event! We need volunteers to operate the 2.5km Water Aid Station on Sunday, 5 July, at Zone 3, Seaworld Drive – Gold Coast Waterways Authority. This is one of our high-priority aid stations, and we would ideally like 20–30 volunteers to assist. The shift time is approximately 4:15am–7:00am, with the first athletes expected to arrive at around 6:22am. Volunteers will help prepare and distribute water to participants as they pass through the aid station, playing a vital role in supporting runners throughout the event. Your help will be a blessing to the runners and organizers on the day and will generate a donation that will enable a return to education for Congolese child victims of war who really want that!

Additional requirements

No prior experience is required! The only thing you need is enthusiasm and a willingness to help.
