Childhood Cancer Support is a unique Queensland charity that was established 45 years ago. Childhood Cancer Support provides support to families of children who are receiving life saving oncology treatment by providing unit accommodation (fully furnished 1, 2 or 3 bedroom units) for the whole family, transport to and from the Queensland Children's Hospital plus mental health and counselling support for the whole family - all at no cost for the people we serve.
Childhood Cancer Support brings together families facing the same challenges, creating a network of support and understanding and creating a home away from home environment. This allows children to access life saving treatments whilst having all family members close by.
