Since 1935 we’ve been helping Queenslanders live better. Lutheran is who we are, and serve is what we do. Our work is inspired by the belief that every person we serve is a gift.
At Lutheran Services we offer a range of professional services, care and accommodation. Everyone is welcome – we help older people, young people and their families, people living with a disability or mental health illness and families experiencing domestic violence.
We operate 25 services throughout urban and regional Queensland, located between the Gold Coast and Rockhampton.
Our volunteers are engaged in meaningful roles, joining our dedicated team at Lutheran Services in putting the wellbeing of our residents and clients at heart of all we do. At Lutheran Services, the little things matter, and relationships make the world go round.
Volunteers lend help in many areas – gardening, transport, computer literacy, art and craft, music and drama, exercise, social activities, pastoral care, community events and?by providing companionship and support.
