The Tourism Group commenced operations at Brisbane International Airport in 2002, continuing and building a strong relationship with Brisbane Airport Corporation before expanding services to include the Domestic Terminal and the establishment of BAC's Airport Ambassadors. Celebrating a very successful 20 years in March 2022. TTG continues to operate a broad range of visitor services at both terminals including information and booking services, Lost Property, brochure displays and promotions, managing 160+ volunteer Airport Ambassadors, meet and greet and the BAC Welcome Team.
