Have you successfully adopted one or more of the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement? Do you have some pearls of wisdom to share with your fellow volunteer managers?

During our 2025 Queensland Volunteering Conference on 20 & 21 March 2025, we will feature case studies from volunteer involving organisations who have seen success in a particular aspect of volunteer involvement. Each case study will be shared by a representative from that organisation through a 10-minute presentation, and will include practical takeaways that delegates can try out in their own organisations.

It’s a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase your organisation’s commitment to best practice in volunteer involvement, plus all selected case studies will receive a complimentary conference ticket for the presenter*.

*Complimentary conference ticket (online or in person) only, travel and accommodation expenses not included.

If you’d like to be considered for one of these case study slots, complete the form below to express your interest before Monday 18 November 2024.

Following the deadline, the VQ team will assess all expressions of interest against the following criteria:

  • Alignment with one or more of the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement
  • Applicability to a broad range of organisations/groups
  • Relevance to the conference theme of Inspire, Empower, Ignite.

If you are selected to be present your case study at the conference you will be informed by the end of November, and we will provide you with a more detailed brief to help you develop your presentation.
