Learning Lab is a series of curated professional development opportunities designed to provide volunteer-involving organisations with practical, best-practice frameworks and deeper insights into current issues and sector needs.
Each series focuses on building core capabilities through expert-led, interactive sessions, equipping volunteer leaders with the tools they need to strengthen their programs and lead with purpose.
Series One will equip program leaders and coordinators with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to uphold their legal duty of care, effectively manage risks, and foster open, constructive communication—strengthening both volunteer safety and organisational culture.
This series is hosted by Volunteering Queensland in partnership with Justice Connect, and Dr Liz Crowe.
