Marcus Mission aims to reduce the risk of suicide for young men aged 18 to 44 years and offer mentoring to support and build the skills, knowledge, and connections of young men as well as their families, friends, and communities. Marcus Mission is currently seeking volunteer Area Coordinators who are interested in coordinating and supporting our teams of Mentors in the Bundaberg area.
The role of the Mentor Area Coordinator will include:
As part of our team of dedicated Mentor Area Coordinators, you will be provided with training and support to perform your role efficiently and safely including the opportunity to develop your skills in the area of suicide prevention.
There is flexibility with the hours required in this role and with a combination of face-to-face meetings and phone contact.
