About this opportunity

We are seeking applications for a skilled and organised IT Systems Trainer who will be responsible for providing training and ongoing support to team members in our IT System, Shelter Manager.

This role is responsible for:

  • Providing Shelter Manager training to volunteers in the day to day use of the system
  • Providing an effective learning environment and deliver training to diverse audiences
  • Create, maintain and update training material and process for Shelter Manager
  • Liaise with the IT Administrator to create, remove and change access provided to users on Shelter Manager, Associate staff accounts to Shelter Manager accounts
  • Create and revise reports on Shelter Manager as per user requirements
  • Identify opportunities for, and implement, continuous process improvements

The successful candidate must be able to commit and adhere to a regular training schedule and MUST attend a weekly virtual team meeting.

The following qualifications and experience is required:

  • Experience in IT Training facilitation and dealing with IT applications and database management
  • Experience with Google Analytics and database management

Additional requirements

As this role is primarily virtual or home-based, you will need (at your own expense): a reliable computer, mobile phone, internet and antivirus; as well as a Facebook account (or the ability to create an account)

Applicants must be eligible to live and work in Australia.

Applicants must be aged 18 or over

Time required

This role requires a minimum commitment of 5-10 hours per week for 6 months.
