Market Stalls

We are looking for new volunteers to assist with stalls at various markets and events around the Mackay Region. Your job will be to help set up and pack up the stall, speak to people who are interested, gather petition signatures, write down questions that you don't know the answer to and take donations. We will give you full training and provide you with an official Mackay Conservation Group volunteer T-shirt to keep.

An experienced Mackay Conservation Group staff member or volunteer will be on hand to supervise the stall and provide any answers to complicated questions from the public.

There are markets and events on weekends & weekdays, mornings and evenings in our region so we are looking for a group of people who we can draw upon to volunteer. We don't expect any volunteer to work more than once per month for about four to five hours.
