The National Standards for Volunteer Involvement provide a framework to deliver best practice in volunteer management. They are adaptable to all sizes of organisation and sector. This workshop gives you the knowledge and tools to successfully implement the standards in your organisation. It covers an overview of the National Standards, benefits and challenges to implementing, gap assessments, action planning and change management for your organisation.
Plus, we’ll share real life examples of how other organisations are effectively implementing the National Standards in their own setting.
The Volunteer Leadership Network brings together like-minded professionals from across the volunteering ecosystem to learn from each other and share opportunities, challenges and insights. Each meeting features knowledgeable guest speakers, examples of best practice volunteer leadership and opportunities for small group discussions.
Meetings take place online every three months, with additional face to face networking opportunities to be added throughout the year.
