Planning is essential to delivering effective volunteer services and maximising the impact of volunteering within your organisation. By attending this session, you will be equipped with the skills and insights to effectively plan and manage volunteer initiatives.

Through this one-hour workshop we will explore how to:
• Review roles
• Identify growth areas
• Set goals
• Effectively allocate resources
• Develop profiles of volunteer teams

Participation in this workshop contributes to the knowledge evidence for CHCVOL002 – Lead volunteer teams, and CHCVOL004 – Manage volunteer workforce development.
